The platform combines learning and development, daily management, communication, and industrial AI capabilities into a single integrated solution. Workers can access digital work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and training materials directly from the factory floor through mobile devices.

Key capabilities include knowledge management for centralized work instructions, skills management with matrix tracking, digital forms and checklists for paperless operations, issue management with visual Kanban boards, and a Factory Feed for shift-to-shift communication. The Industrial AI features help convert existing documents and videos into standardized digital work instructions.

Poka integrates with major manufacturing systems including MES, CMMS, LMS, QMS, ERP, and BI platforms through REST APIs, iPaaS, data lake, and SCIM provisioning. The platform supports 37 languages and is available on iOS, Android, and web browsers.
